Our beloved mother, Agnes Cleone Bess Richardson “Aunt Toni”, age 83, was called home on June30, 2020 at her daughter’s home in St George, Utah. Cleone was born in Cedar City, Utah on May 14, 1937 to Willard James and Cleo A Bess, whom she loved dearly. She spent much of her time with them, serving and caring for them, especially in their later years.\nCleone enjoyed growing up and going to school in Cedar, where she met her life-long best friend and eternal sister, Kay Skougard Millet. When Cleone was 8, she was baptized in the Cedar City Old Rock Church, as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Later, Cleone and her family moved to Parowan, Utah, where they lived in the Jessie Smith home. On April 18, 1953, Cleone married her sweetheart, Frank B. Richardson. They were sealed in the St George temple for time and all eternity on October 12, 1968.\nCleone, enjoyed many callings in the church, including serving in the Relief Society Presidency. She also loved doing genealogy and spent much time gathering and adding more names and information to her family tree. She also loved the temple, where her and our dad enjoyed doing temple work together often. Mom so loved her brothers and sisters, often referring to them as her best friends!\nMost of all, she loved and served each of her 9 children; Mike, Dee, Catherine, Dale, Tina, Michelle, Brady, JoLynn and Elizabeth. She had 18 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. She loved and served each of them all throughout her life. Always being there when they needed her most; during health and sickness, crossroads and milestones, but mostly just because she loved and missed them. She enjoyed time with them, laughing, talking, and especially the long drives in the mountains, just enjoying a Pepsi together. A few of her hobbies and talents included serving others, sewing, crocheting, ceramics, making dolls, cooking and many, many others. We will miss her, and love her more then words could ever express! ‘Til we meet her again as an eternal family!\nShe is preceded in death by her husband, Frank B.
