Carmen Maria Wisdom, age 60, passed away August 29, 2014 in Enoch, Utah. She was born in El Paso, Texas. When she was two years old, her family moved to Torrance, California where she went to Car School Elementary and then to North High H.S. Carmen loved spending time outdoors, and loved animals. For years she would get doggie lambs and raise themfrom the fireplace in the house, to the kitchen, to the garage, then finally to outside. She would get up at all times of the night with the help of her daughter to feed them. She also raised cows, chickens, and anything and everything for a small farm. She loved people. She would walk up to a stranger and almost instantly become their friend. She had a way with just loving everyone no matter what their past. Carmen was very proud of her one and only daughter and would do anything and everything for her. The two did everything together. She loved hiking, camping, and going up the mountain to get firewood. Fall was her favorite time of year along with the Spring. She loved gathering the Fall leaves with Mindi. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her daughter Mindi Cox (Robert) of Enoch, UT; parents Angel "Nick" Revilla and Olga M. Revilla of Cedar City, UT; grandchildren Baeli Nicole Cox and Shaw Angel Cox; niece Nicole Meza of Lawndale, CA; and sister Olga Revilla of Lawndale, CA. Carmen is preceded in death by her grandparents. A memorial service will be held Friday, September 12, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at West Canyon Park (151 S 400 E) in Cedar City, UT.
