Our sweet wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend, Chelsey Topham Howard, passed away on June 15, 2021, at the age of 34, surrounded by her family. \nChelsey was born August 31, 1986, to Ross and Ellen Bradshaw in Beaver, Utah. She was the youngest of 3. Chelsey brought into the world a son, Briggsten Bradshaw, on September 29, 2005. Chelsey married the love of her life, Ralph Howard, on June 19, 2011, in Las Vegas, Nevada and gained another son Brandon Howard. Chelsey and Ralph lived in Winnemucca, NV for many years before moving back to Minersville, Utah to be closer to family. \nChelsey loved gardening. She always had a garden and lots of flowers. She also loved to do crafts. At one time she made flower head bows and she recently started making earrings. Chelsey loved to go camping and to sit around the campfire. She loved to go hunting, and just going out and shooting her guns. She loved going on rides on the side-by-side with her husband Ralph. Chelsey also loved to decorate for holidays. Everybody loved to drive by her house and see her Christmas decorations.\nChelsey also has been an animal lover since she was a kid. She loved her dogs, cats, and fish. She loved to spend time with her family whether it was just sitting around visiting, or going on trips. \nChelsey is survived by her husband, Ralph Howard; her sons, Briggsten Bradshaw and Brandon Howard; her parents Ross and Ellen Bradshaw; her in-laws Lucille and Jerry Smith; her siblings Nicholas (Teresa) Bradshaw, Erin (Jason) Marsteller; her aunts and uncles, her nieces and nephews, and cousins.\nShe is preceded in death by her grandparents, Noel and Dorothy Wood, Harold and Marilyn Bradshaw; Aunt Valirie Short and Nicki Winch; her cousins Ryan Bradshaw, Landon Short, and Bethany Wood.\nThere will be viewing at the Minersville Church on Monday June 21st between 10am-11:30am.
