Christine Arns

Christine (Chris/Tina) L. Arns lost her battle with cancer on October 30th, 2022. Tina was born on May 14th, 1947 in St. George, UT to Wes and Afton Larsen. She was the youngest of 4 children; her brothers are Blake, Robert, and Bryant. She graduated Cedar High and went on to become an RN, working in St. George and Cedar. On September 18th, 1965 She married the love of her life, Meryl Arns, and had two great daughters: Michelle & Jouette. She really enjoyed camping (in the 5th wheel), boating, fishing, ATV riding, the Elks Lodge, and she was a fabulous cook. She put up with Meryl for 57 years and always said “I took him off the streets”. Tina was NEVER seen without her eyelashes and hooker earrings.

She is survived by her husband Meryl, youngest daughter Jouette (Lisa), brothers Blake & Bob.

She is preceded in death by her mother Afton, father Wes, brother Bryant, and oldest daughter Michelle.

A Celebration of Life will be held November 12th, 2022 from 1p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Cedar City Elks Lodge, 110 E. 200 N. in Cedar City, UT. In lieu of flowers, Vote Democrat.
