Dora Jayne Williams passed peacefully at her home in Los Gatos, California on January 4, 2024. Dora was born in Cedar City, Utah on January 28, 1936 to Jennie & Shelton Barlow. She was their third child after her brothers Reed and JL. Her early years were spent in Cedar City where she met her high school sweetheart, Alan Williams. They married and were sealed for eternity in the St. George, Utah Temple on September 14, 1956 when he returned from serving in the Korean War. Gary was born in 1957, followed by Diane in 1959 and lastly, Susan in 1961.\n\nDora worked at Boeing in Seattle before they moved to San Jose, California and later to Los Gatos, California. She enjoyed working in Alan's dental office and continued to do his payroll until he retired.\n\nBesides raising 3 children, Dora and Alan were blessed with 10 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. She loved spending time with each of them and looked forward to family Zoom calls later in life.\n\nDora always felt blessed to have been raised in the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and was thankful for the blessings she received throughout her life.\n\nShe is preceded in death by her husband Alan, two brothers Reed and JL Barlow and two children Diane Gordon & Gary Williams.\n\nFuneral Services for Dora will be held Friday January 19, 2024 at 11:00 am in the Canyon View Stake Center (1985 N. Main St., Cedar City, UT).
