Johnny Eugene Middleton was an incredible man. He was so full of life, with his family being most important in his life. He worked every day to make sure he gave his all to anyone who came into his life. His father was James Eugene Middleton and his mother was Jewell Polk. They taught him that nothing in life is free and if you want something bad enough you get down in the dirt and work for it. This helped shape him into the kind man he became. He worked in the cotton fields of Bakersfield, California. Then he joined the Army at 17 and vowed to never work in the cotton field again. He served his country for 4 years during the Vietnam War. He married Dione Fitzgerald, who had a daughter Judy Wood, that John adopted. They had 4 children together; Irene Middleton, James Middleton, Ruby Middleton and Janice Feaster, along with Isabell Mejia (unofficial adopted daughter). He started his own security company.\nJohnny passed away at age 71. He is survived by his 5 children; Irene Middleton of Beaver, Isabel Mejia (Javier), Judy Wood Santiago (Dennis), James Middleton and Janice Feaster (Ben) all of Bakersfield, CA; along with 14 grandchildren.\nA graveside service will be held on Tuesday October 13, 2020 at 2:00 pm at the Utah Veterans Cemetery.
