Jordan David Pruett passed away December 7, 2021 at the age of 34. He was born on February 9, 1987 in Orem, Utah to Gary Allan Pruett and Deborah E Pruett. He grew up in the Cedar City area and graduated from Canyon View High School in 2005. He attended adult high school at Cedar High School for 4 years and had been attending Chrysalis before his passing. In 2018 Jordan started working for the Megaplex theaters. He loved his job and was always ready for his shift in uniform with his broom and dust pan. He loved being able to serve and meet new people.\nJordan could always be seen carrying around a Transformer and Paw Patrol toy. He loved to sit and watch movies on his dvd player. His favorites were Scooby-Doo, Emergency and Paw Patrol. As his nieces and nephews grew older, he could be found pushing them on the swings or playing with his toys with them.\nJordan was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He had a firm testimony of his Savior Jesus Christ, Heavenly Father and the church. He never missed an opportunity to share his testimony with those around him. He exemplified Christ like love by always being friendly and accepting of everyone he met. The phrase “never met a stranger” would describe Jordan perfectly. On his 8th birthday his only wish was to be baptized and he looked forward to being ordained to the Melchizedek Priesthood. One of his favorite activities was to go to the temple to perform baptisms for his ancestors. He was a great example of a disciple of Jesus Christ.\nHe is survived by his parents Gary Allan Pruett and Deborah E Pruett and his brothers Bryan (Leah) Pruett and Cameron (Anna) Pruett. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.\nFuneral services will be held Wednesday December 15th at 11 AM at the Enoch West Stake Center (3575 North Minersville Highway, Enoch, Utah 84721).
