Kamra Rae McGinnis, 34, of Milford, Utah, returned to her Heavenly Father on August 25, 2021, after a short battle with cancer and kidney failure. Kamra was born on February 12, 1987, to Thomas Brian McGinnis and Susan Rae Pierce McGinnis in Layton, Utah. She graduated from Milford High School in 2005.\nKamra was a shy, sweet girl who touched people's lives with her personality. She loved listening to country and soft rock music, reading novels, playing games on her phone, and watching television.\nKamra enjoyed her time as a vocalist in the Milford High School Choir.\nShe was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.\nKamra worked for Milford City as a devoted school crossing guard for the past ten years.\nSurvived by her parents- Tom and Susan McGinnis, brothers- Benjamin and Brandon McGinnis, sister: Krystal McGinnis, and three aunts, one uncle, and seven cousins.\nPreceded in death by brother Brian Lee McGinnis; uncles- Myron Lee Pierce and Richard W. Pierce; grandparents- Wanda Brinkerhoff Martin and William Martin, Connie Rae Johnson Pierce, and Myron L. Pierce.\nOn Friday, September 3, 2021, Funeral Services will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints- Milford chapel, 748 West 600 South. A visitation- 12:30-1:30.
