KC Whitehead Obituary (2003 - 2019)

Hi, my name is KC McCrae Whitehead. I was born in St. George, Utah on April 17, 2003 at 10:00 p.m. to CraeLin Whitehead and KC Murphy. I returned to our Heavenly Father on Wednesday, August 14, 2019, where I met up with my Grandma Jill and other relatives. I have a little sister, Taeya, and older sister, Dustie. I love them so much along with my two dogs, Mo and Madi. I grew up in Cedar City, Utah where I attended South Elementary, Cedar Middle School, and was currently a Junior at Cedar High School. I loved the mountains and fall colors; especially enjoyed going to our family cabin, driving around in the side by side, camping in our motorhome, and hunting with my cousin, Jaden, and Uncle David. Some of my other favorite pastimes were snowboarding, playing basketball, and hanging around with all of my friends. I got my first job this summer washing and detailing vehicles. I loved working and was really excited about getting a new skateboard. Some of my favorite foods were pumpkin pie, chicken quesadillas, Chinese food, and pumpkin pie blizzards. My favorite entertainer was Mac Miller. My family held private services for me. They will miss me dearly. I will be laid to rest peacefully in the Cedar City Cemetery next to my Great Grandpa Kay. I would like to thank all of my family and friends for everything they have done for me and for always thinking about me. We shall meet up again. McCrae …………….. He is survived by his parents, sisters, 4 nieces, 1 nephew; Grandparents: David and Cindy Whitehead, Kevan Murphy, Kelly Russell; Great Grandparents: Paul and Karen Hunter; Aunts and Uncles: Ben and Kim Bustos, David and Shera Whitehead, Josi and Cabe Jensen, Troy Murphy, Sean and Hailey Murphy, Robert Russell, Randy and Brittany Russell, Dylan Murphy, Laecie Murphy, Mark Nelson, Austin and Izzy Nelson; Cousins: Jaden and Kaycia Haskins (Zella and Bexlee), Jordan Haskins, Treyson Bustos, Bently Whitehead, Brantz Whitehead, and many more; Special friends: Cassidy, Brandon, Alyssa, and many more. The following is a letter to McCrae; “Loving the best brother on earth. Everyone was so sad when he passed away on August 14, 2019. I am heartbroken but I will be ok. He was amazing and the best around. I love him so much, everyone did and still is loving him. I hope he is happy. If you have met him, you know he is great and always will be. He will watch over me always. He is on my mind always. I hope I will be on his too. Everyone who has met him knows that he is great and fun to be around. He will be missed forever!
