Keith Allen Beaumont

–

Beaver, Utah

Keith Allen Beaumont eagerly ran up those glorious white steps to his waiting family members in Heaven on Monday, October 20, 2025. He spent the last month of his life in the loving care and home of his favorite daughter, Mindee Williams, of Smithfield, Utah. Born on May 1, 1941 in Beaver, UT, he was the fourth child of Florence (Lowe) and Clifton Beaumont, coming minutes before his twin brother, Kenneth.

In his youth, he spent much of his time helping his dad on the farm with the cattle, irrigation, and mending fences. He grew to love the homestead land of his grandfather, John T. Beaumont. He served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to the Western States Mission, testifying of Jesus Christ in mainly Colorado and New Mexico. He studied Diesel Mechanics at Utah State University but came home before graduating to support family during a hardship. Serving in the U.S. Army and the Utah Army National Guard Reserve for 5 years, he enjoyed the training, marching together, patriotism, and comradery. To provide for his family, he worked in transportation as a diesel truck driver and hauled gasoline, cement, and coal for many years, oftentimes driving through the night. Early in his married life, he purchased the family farm, cared for cattle and grew alfalfa over the years, changing the water even up to this past spring at 84 years old.

He was introduced to Judy Best through his twin sisters, Golda and Gloria, in May 1967. Keith and Judy were married in the St. George Temple on 18 Nov 1967. They raised six children together, instilling in them through example a love and testimony of Jesus Christ. A few years after his divorce, he met Patricia Lee Key and they connected over their love of music, temple attending, and the gospel of Jesus Christ. On Feb. 3, 2007, Keith and Pat were married in the St. George Temple and he warmly welcomed three step-children and their families into his life.

Keith has a strong testimony of Jesus Christ, the Book of Mormon, tithing, temple attendance, ministering, and serving others. He shared his testimony often through words but more importantly through his actions. He willingly served in church callings, faithfully ministered to and loved his home teaching families, fearlessly shared his testimony with all those he met, and sang praises in ward and stake choirs through the years. He studied and cherished the words of ancient and modern day prophets and apostles, remained temple worthy and attended often, and was always willing to help anyone in need. He was good at fixing cars and used that talent to bless others. We all have memories of him helping strangers along the freeway with car troubles, even when he had to back track. He is a devoted and loving father and grandfather, always present at family events, especially when family members were making commitments with Jesus Christ along the covenant path. He dearly loves his family and his Savior and Redeemer, Jesus Christ.

Keith has been reunited with his loving wife, Patricia; his parents, Clifton and Florence Beaumont; his siblings, LaVern (Bradshaw), Alma Kay, and Kenneth; his son-in- law, Jeff Winder; granddaughter, Lilee Beaumont; grandson, Brett Davis Hale; and great granddaughter, Victory Carol Norman.

He is survived by his first wife, Judy; his children, Tamera Robinson (Greg), Troy Beaumont (Amy), Lora Saldana (Jose), Mindee Williams (Lee), Charity Farmer (Matt), Rebecca Winder (Jeff); his step-children, Diana Haws (Les), Chester Key (Ellen), and Ginia Crane; grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren; and nine siblings.
