Lee Arlen Topham was born in Milford, Utah in 1944 to Kenneth and Pauline Topham. He was the third child of four boys. Kenneth, Joe, Lee, and Lynn. \n\nHe was struck with polio at around age 8 but seemed to manage not to have any severe complications from it. Lee attended elementary school in Paragonah where he grew up and attended High School in Parowan, He graduated in the early sixties. Lee had dyslexia and had a tuff life not being able to read well.\n\nHe worked at Coleman Company in Cedar City for twenty years and retired from them.\n\nIn 1980 he married Emma Gene Rollins and for many years they worked several National Parks. They finally settled down in a Mobile Home Park in Washington Utah and both worked at Wal-Mart.\n\nLee was preceded in death by his wife Emma Gene and his parents Ken and Pauline Topham.\n\nGraveside Services and Interment will be held this Friday September 8, 2023 at 11:00 AM in the Paragonah City Cemetery, under the direction of Southern Utah Mortuary.
