Michael Lawson

Mike Lawson, 75, passed away October 1, 2025, in Cedar City, Utah. He was born February 26, 1950, in Corvallis, Oregon to Lilburn and Carol, with siblings Greg, Keith, David, Libby, and Neil. He grew up in Portland, OR, graduated Jackson High School, and attended University of Oregon and CSU, Stanislaus.

He was the owner of Persyst Enterprises, Inc. He was a committed father and grandpa while being a successful small business owner. A lover of music and dogs, who enjoyed cooking and reading science fiction.

He is survived by his spouse Gail Lawson and daughters Sarah Feingold (Rick), Leanne Stanley (Travis), Louisa Lemos (Sam), and Amber Monahan (Dan), and 11 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Keith.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation in his name to a local dog rescue or animal shelter.
