Nathan Grant Wagner arrived into this world June 17, 1996 in Cedar City, Utah and left to return home to his Heavenly Father October 28, 2015. Nate lived the majority of his life in Enoch, where he was active in scouting, earning his Eagle Award. He graduated from Canyon View High School where he was a member of the tennis team. Nate left Enoch for a short time to experience college life at Snow College in Ephraim, Utah where he also spent much time in the outdoors. It was this love of the outdoors that always seemed to draw him back home to the serene mountain vistas of southern Utah. Nate was a hard worker and loved the labors of the farm. Moving sprinkler pipe and feeding cows refined his already strong work ethic. Nate took employment as a driller's assistant where he was mentored and trained by his second family at Grimshaw Drilling. Nate became a proficient welder and was proud of those skills he had developed. However, Roger was more than a boss to him; he was also a guitar instructor and life lesson mentor. Nate was full of life and loved people. He had a great sense of humor and loved to tease his sisters, but never forgot his role of protective brother. He had a big heart and would do anything, anytime to help anyone who needed it. Perhaps Nate will be remembered most for his ability to combine his two greatest life passions -- the outdoors and his family. It was there he created those unforgettable memories hunting, fishing and camping. Nate was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He had a strong testimony of his Savior, Jesus Christ. Nate had a desire to serve a full time mission and he planned to someday be sealed in the temple to an eternal companion. Nathan will be greatly missed by his parents, 5 sisters, grandmas, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who look forward to their future reunion with him Funeral services will be held Monday, November 2, 2015 at 11:00 am at the LDS Homestead Ward Building located at 1390 East Midvalley Road, Enoch, Utah. A viewing will be held on Monday, November 2, 2015 from 9:30 - 10:30 am at the Church. Interment will be in the Enoch City Cemetery under the direction of Southern Utah Mortuary.
