Robert Frank Krogh, our loving father, grandpa, uncle, and friend passed away too soon on 1/14/2024, in Las Vegas, NV at the age of 71. Our father was born on March 21st, 1952, in Los Angeles, CA to Frank Krogh and Mabel Thomson Krogh.\n\nOur father is survived by his children, Dawn Krogh (Waymond Brown), Stephanie Krogh, Tara Krogh, Bobbie Krogh, and Chuck Krogh (Cheryl Krogh), along with 3 nephews, a niece, and 11 grandchildren.\n\nOur father was born and raised in Southern California where he met our mother and fell in love while they were still in high school. Southern California is where the high school sweethearts lived and started to build their family, before moving to Utah. Our father was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. \n\nOur father worked hard all of his life driving semi trucks all across the country and during that time he fell in love with Cedar City, Utah. Our family planted roots in Cedar City for several years before going to live in Nevada with his eldest daughter and caregiver.\n\nOur father loved football, rock n’ roll, and hotrods. Our father also enjoyed going to the movies and cruising around town in his wheelchair. Our father loved to listen to his classic rock and roll loud, which probably aided in his hearing loss later in life but our dad wouldn’t have it any other way. Our father was a resident at the nursing home in Cedar City for several years. This is where he was involved in community activities and assisted his friends wherever and whenever he could. He also loved to build & paint model semi-trucks to display in his room. Our father throughout his time at the nursing home had built lasting relationships and friendships with many of the other residents and staff. Our family is grateful for the relationships he built during his time there and the care and kindness he received from the staff. Thank you\n\nIn lieu of a funeral service, the family will hold a memorial for friends and family to pay their respects at the home of Chuck & Cheryl Krogh on Saturday, January 27th from 3-6 pm. 813 W Mountain View Drive, in Cedar City Utah.\n\nOur father is preceded in death by his wife, Gail Krogh, mother Mabel Stevenson, sister Jan Wilbur, father Frank Krogh, and grandson Timmy Franklin.
