Servando Lozano Obituary (1931 - 2018)

Servando Lozano Romero, 86, passed away on August 5, 2018 in St George, Utah. He was born on November 25, 1931 in Colonia Aldama, Mexico to Jose Lozano and Teresa Romero. His siblings included 6 brothers and 4 sisters. He married his wife, Elisa Vega, in 1962 and they were parents to one daughter and two sons. Servando worked in farming as a field worker, and loved being outside. He loved working in the yard, taking care of his dog, and fixing anything he could. Most importantly, he loved his family. Servando would always have pictures of his grandkids wherever he could find room to put them. He was kind and very loving to anyone he ever met. He was “Grandpa” to everyone. Servando is survived by his children, Joel (Karalina) Lozano of Parowan, UT, Victor Lozano of Parowan, UT, and Ana (Manuel) Martinez of Imperial, NE; 6 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife, Elisa, his parents, and a number of his siblings. Funeral services will be held on Saturday August 11, 2018 at 11:00 am at the Parowan 1st Ward Chapel (59 South 100 West, Parowan, UT). There will be a viewing on Saturday August 11, 2018 from 9:00 – 10:30 am at the Parowan 1st Ward Chapel. Interment will be in Parowan City Cemetery under the direction of Southern Utah Mortuary.
