Our beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend, Terri Lee Olson Lund, passed away on June 10, 2011 at Valley View Medical Center in Cedar City, Utah. She was born on March 12, 1955 in Grand Junction, Colorado to Blaine E. and Dorothy Louella Luthy Olson. She graduated from Skyline High School in Idaho Fall, Idaho.Terri married the love of her life, David Merrill Lund, on March 13, 1976 in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple, and this union was blessed with the light of Terris life, their daughter, Tiana.She was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and had a deep and abiding love of the Gospel and of our Saviors plan. She served in countless callings for the Church and the Lord, including Primary President, Relief Society Secretary, Young Womens President, Primary Teacher and as a Temple Ordinance Worker in the Chicago and Atlanta LDS Temples.She loved to teach and be around children. She was excellent at organizational skills and relished the opportunity to serve nearly every organization she was a part of in a secretarial post. Terri loved her community and was always finding creative and unique ways to give back " she served as a volunteer for the Utah Shakespeare Festival for 11 years as both a mailer and a hostess and loved spending many summer evenings enjoying the Bards greatest works.She is survived by her loving husband, David M. Lund of Cedar City, Utah, her daughter Tiana Lee Lund of Cedar City, Utah, brothers Randy Blaine (Joyce) Olson and Ronald Olson. Also her sister Denise (Alan) Cutler as well as many family members and friends she leaves behind. She will be dearly missed.We are certain a happy and joyous reunion is taking place above, as Terri is reunited and preceded in death by her father, Blaine.Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at the Cedar LDS 17th Ward Chapel, 256 South 900 West, Cedar City, Utah at 11:00 a.m. Viewings for family and friends will be held on Monday, June 13, 2011 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Southern Utah Mortuary, 190 North 300 West, Cedar City, Utah and again prior to the funeral service on Tuesday, June 14, 2011 from 9:30-10:30 a.m., also at the mortuary. Interment will be in the Paragonah Cemetery at 1:00 p.m., all under the direction of Southern Utah Mortuary.
